Product Use and Design

SealTite PRO™ One Zero by Carslile Spray Foam Insulation is a 2lb. spray applied closed cell insulation which utilizes a 4th generation HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) blowing agent developed by Opteon™.  With a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 1 and ZERO ODP’s (Ozone Depleting Properties) SealTite PRO™ One Zero is over 99.9% more environmentally friendly than similar closed cell products which use HFC-245fa blowing agents.

When installed, SealTite PRO™ One Zero closed cell spray foam air seals, vapor seals, and blocks conduction, convection, and radiant heat all in one application.  The spray applied nature of SealTite PRO™ One Zero closed cell insulation allows the material to flow into voids and seal cracks, expanding up to 40 times its wet volume to form a custom fit application.  With an industry leading R-value of 7 per inch and added structural strength due to its rigidity, SealTite PRO™ One Zero is a perfect choice for your next residential or commercial project.

Product Use and Design

SealTite PRO™ OCX by Carslile Spray Foam Insulation is a spray applied open cell polyurethane insulation with an R-value of 3.7 per inch and is VOC and formaldehyde free. SealTite PRO™ OCX spray foam offers superior fire-resistance and passes the ACC 377 Appendix X test uncoated without the use of a costly ignition barrier paint. Carslile Spray Foam Insulation’s patented process makes the foam inherently fire-resistant and safe to use in residential and commercial applications.

The spray applied nature of SealTite PRO™ OCX spray foam allows the material to flow into voids and seal cracks, expanding to form an air-tight seamless thermal envelope. In addition, SealTite PRO™ OCX provides excellent sound dampening and reduces air-borne allergens, while reducing HVAC system size when used in a sealed attic application.
