It's been a year since we had 360 THERMAL come out to Pearland and install Open Cell insulation in our walls, garage and attic. They came out while the home was being built. One time, Finished in one day to help with construction deadlines. They had two trucks out and knocked it out. For a 2600 sqft home my highest bill was one month $130, but I'm averaging about $80 a month electricity wise even a year out. The Owner of the company helped us pick out the best A/C system that would meet our budget and work well with the insulation. Thank you again 360 Thermal!
I had a really great experience with 360 Thermal. From the very beginning with Kris, who was very knowledgeable about the products they used and explained to me the difference between the two foams they use for the insulation in which i was extremely appreciative because I knew absolutely nothing except what I had seen on TV,With Peggy who helped direct me to whom I needed to get with in scheduling and pricing and Matt who tried their best to get me into an earlier slot to finish my job.I am very appreciative to all I had talked with at 360 Thermal.

Matt and his Team did a great job on my 4,500 sq ft waterfront remodel. Matt applied closed cell on the entire bottom floor exterior walls and open cell between floors and open cell in the ventilated attic. Also did the entire garage as it will be A/C with Shop.It's a Yeti now!Super intelligent planning and great execution. Solving big humidity and insulation challenges in remodel construction.Highly recommend for new build or remodel.Even if you just do your attic it's worth it!
Great execution. Everyone was on time and the work was done perfectly. I got closed cell foam and blown in and it has been great. Humidity in my home is down about 20%. I had 2 inches of foam sprayed and there was no weird smell at all even while they were spraying although it is recommended that you leave the home during the spraying. Highly recommend 360 Thermal.
Great job! We could feel a difference the next day. The air conditioner didn't run all day trying to keep up. The workers were great and took care to make sure that everything was protected and good. All questions were answered, phone calls or emails returned. Cleaned up everything and couldn't tell they were even there, great service.
Great experience. The crew was very professional and protected my house with lots of sheeting and padding where the hose might rub. Insulation was very evenly applied and great attention to detail was paid despite it being a arger remodel.
